We understand that staying on top of your data sync status is crucial for a seamless experience, and this article guides you through the process of retrying data sync when needed.
Our new Sync Status column provides you with real-time updates on the status of your data sync. This means you'll always be informed whether the sync was successful or not, and if it failed, you'll have clear insights into the reasons behind the failure.
Let's dive into the steps for retrying data sync in case of any issues:
Step 1: Identifying Failed Sync Data
To begin, you'll need to identify the rows that have encountered data sync failures. These will be highlighted in the Sync Status column. Keep an eye out for the red indicator, which signifies a failed sync.
Step 2: Initiating a Retry
Once you've identified the failed data rows, it's time to initiate a retry. Here's how you can do it:
- Select Data Rows: Highlight the rows containing the failed sync data. You can do this by clicking and dragging to select multiple rows or holding down the 'Shift' key while clicking on individual rows.
- Access the Three-Dot Menu: In the Sync Status column, you'll notice a three-dot button for each selected row. Click on this button to reveal a dropdown menu of options.
- Click on "Retry Sync": From the dropdown menu, choose the "Retry Sync" option. This action will trigger the retry process and give you a list of the failed sync data along with their corresponding reasons.
Step 3: Swift Resolution and Retry
Once you've clicked "Retry Sync," you'll be presented with the list of failed sync data and their reasons. At this point, you have two options:
- Review and Revise: If the sync failure was due to incorrect data or missing information, you can take this opportunity to review and revise the data. This ensures that the next sync attempt will have accurate and complete data. You can also cross-reference the provided reason for more context.
- Direct Retry: If the sync failure was due to a minor hiccup or a temporary issue, you can opt for a direct retry. Select the specific rows that you want to retry syncing and hit the "Retry Sync" button. This will prompt our system to attempt the sync process again immediately.
Our goal is to make the process as user-friendly and efficient as possible. If you encounter any challenges or need further assistance during the retry process, our Customer Support team is just a message away. They're dedicated to ensuring your experience is smooth and successful.
