Epsilo One's scheduling actions are designed to automate key aspects of campaign management, including budget adjustments, status changes, and bid updates. These features empower users to execute precise, strategy-driven changes without manual intervention, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance, timing, and ROI.
Key Features
1. Schedule Budget
- Functionality: Automates budget adjustments at specified times for streamlined management.
- Benefits:
- Aligns budgets with seasonal strategies, traffic patterns, and promotions.
- Prevents over- or under-budgeting during critical periods.
- Saves time by automating budget changes.
- Example Use Case: A brand manager increases the budget for a weekend sale campaign and schedules it to revert to the original value post-event.
- How to execute:
- Click the eDots on any row under the column Daily Budget in the Campaign optimization eTable and click Schedule Budget.
- Select a time and budget value.
- If you want to repeat the schedule, click the eDots on your schedule and select the time period after clicking Clone this schedule
- Click the eDots on any row under the column Daily Budget in the Campaign optimization eTable and click Schedule Budget.
2. Schedule Status
- Functionality: Automates changes to campaign statuses (Active or Paused) at predefined times.
- Benefits:
- Streamlines workflows for campaign activation and deactivation.
- Reduces manual monitoring and the risk of overspending.
- Ensures consistent timing for cross-platform campaigns.
- Example Use Case: A user schedules a campaign to activate at midnight for a flash sale and pause automatically after the event ends.
- How to execute:
- Click the eDots on any row under the column Campaign status in the Campaign optimization, Ad object optimization, or Ad placement optimization eTable and click Schedule Status.
- Select a time and status value.
- If you want to repeat the schedule, click the eDots on your schedule and select the time period after clicking Clone this schedule.
- Click the eDots on any row under the column Campaign status in the Campaign optimization, Ad object optimization, or Ad placement optimization eTable and click Schedule Status.
3. History Log
- Functionality: Tracks all scheduled and executed actions for full transparency.
- Benefits:
- Provides a clear record of past changes for auditability.
- Aids troubleshooting and performance analysis.
- Offers accountability for scheduling adjustments.
- Example Use Case: A user reviews the log to verify a budget adjustment during a past promotion was successfully applied.
- To check this log, navigate to the Script activity details eTable under the Script log section.
Example use cases:
- Using your daily budget plan, schedule budget changes for the whole month to trigger at midnight.
- Turn on a mid month campaign only for mid month for the next 3 months.
- Schedule a campaign to only be active on hours of the day with the highest ROAS based on historic performance.
- Schedule a group of campaigns for double day to only activate at midnight.
