Introduction to Epsilo One

Welcome to Epsilo One, your closed-loop operating hub to unleash the potential of retail media networks. Here’s the first step to experience an interface designed to help you make data-driven decisions—fast.

Main Navigation Bar

Look to the left side of your screen and you’ll find the main navigation bar, where the magic begins:

1. Workspace Name
   At the very top, you’ll see your workspace name—one click lets you switch between different workspaces that you have access to.
   
   
   
2. Products
   Below the workspace name are the various products you’ve subscribed to; each product houses its own sections, and each section is made up of eTables. 
   
3. eDots at the Bottom
   At the bottom of the navigation bar, you’ll find eDots for swift access to menu items like raising a support ticket or giving product feedback.
   

eTables Explained

eTables are the heart and soul of Epsilo One—powerful mini-dashboards within each section:

1. Configurations

   Start by choosing a time period, selecting storefronts, and applying filters/sorts to isolate the data that matters.

   
   

2. Properties

   Clicking on the rightmost eDots will reveal an option to select properties: these are the metrics available for that eTable

   
   

3. Data

   Instantly see rows of relevant information. You can drag and drop columns to rearrange them as you like.

   
   

4. Views

   Create calculated columns (group by) or summary rows to add deeper insights. Some columns have hidden features behind their own eDots—click to unveil advanced options. 

   
   

Saving and Sharing Views

After refining your table (columns, metrics, filters, sorting, calculations), save it as a view. This ensures you can revisit your configuration anytime.

1. Name and Describe Your View

   Click the eDots to rename or describe your view for quick recognition later.

   
   

2. Duplicate for Experimentation

   If you want to try new filters or metrics without altering your original, simply duplicate the view.

   
   

3. Collaborate with Others

   Explore views created by teammates in your workspace; if you find one you love, click the eDots in that view and select ‘duplicate’ to add it to your own list.
