  • How can I find the exported data file?

After exporting your data from Epsilo One, the file will be sent to the email address associated with your Epsilo account. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder. If you still don't see the file, contact us at support@epsilo.io and we'll assist you in retrieving it.


  • How long does it take for the data email to be sent?

Depending on how large the data set is, it can take up to 30 minutes for the export file to be delivered to your email inbox.


  • How do I export data from Epsilo One?

To export data from Epsilo One, go to the data table that you want to export and click on the three dots at the top right corner. Then, select 'Export' to download the data file.


  • What is the format and template of the data file?

It will be as same as your columns and filters on the data table that you export data. For example, if you filter data with columns Campaign, Budget, and Timeline in order, then your file should also have three column headers (1) Campaign, (2) Budget, and (3) Timeline.


  • How can I modify the email address to receive the data file?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the destination of the exported data file. The file will be delivered to the email address associated with your Epsilo account.


  • What do I do if I don't receive the data email?

Please contact our Support agent via the chat box on your lower right corner for swift support, would be best if you message us by the account that you execute data export.
