- When do I need to switch workspace?
You should consider switching workspaces when your focus shifts to projects that are distinctly separate from the current workspace. As certain dashboards would loop data based on the workspace, switching initiates a transition to a different data perspective.
- How do I know which workspace I am currently in?
You can check the current workspace name at the top left corner of the screen, near your account email.
- How do I switch between workspaces?
You can switch between the workspaces you have access to by clicking on the current workspace name at the top left corner and selecting a different workspace from the dropdown menu.
- What data will I see in a workspace?
The data you see in a workspace is tied to the products and permissions that the workspace has subscribed to or been granted access to.
- Can I see data from multiple workspaces at the same time?
No, you can only view data from one workspace at a time. If you have access to multiple workspaces, you will need to switch between them to access the respective data.
- What should I do if I can’t access a workspace?
If you cannot see the workspace you need to access, check with the workspace Admin or contact our Support team via [email protected] to ensure you have been granted the proper access.
- How can I report issues or provide feedback on the new workspace features?
You can use the in-app reporting function - the Help widget at the lower right corner or contact the customer support team to report issues or provide feedback on your workspace experience.
