How to create a member account in Shopee sub-account platform

This article shows you how to create a sub-account for Epsilo to be able to integrate and operate your Shopee Ads on Epsilo One.

  • Step 1. Click on Create a Member from the Members page.
  • Step 2: Fill up the details accordingly and click Next: Permissions.
  • Step 3: Create a role by clicking the option of + New Role.
  • Step 4: Select access points. 
  • Step 5: Click + Add Shops to assign the member to the corresponding shops. 
  • Step 6: Select the shop(s) that you would like to operate on Epsilo. 

I: Check if you can create a sub-account

Some accounts on Shopee do not have access to the sub-account platform. To check if you do, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Shopee Seller Center.

2. Move your mouse pointer to your Shop Username which is located at the right corner.

3. If you see on the drop-down has a state named "Sub-account Binding", it means you can

create sub-accounts.

II. What to do if you cannot create a sub-account

If you aren’t able to create a sub-account, please reach out to the Support team at (support@epsilo.io) or simply message us through the live chat widget in the lower right corner, and we'll assist you proceeded with integration.

III: Create a Member Account in the Sub-account platform

Log in to Sub-Account Platform by Main Account before proceeding with the following:

Step 1. Click on Create a Member from the Members page.

The Members page allows you to create a member where you can enter the member's information and choose the member's permission details.

Step 2: Fill up the details accordingly and click Next: Permissions.

Step 3: Create a role by clicking the option of + New Role.

Step 4: Select access points. 

Using the screenshot below as a guide, select the relevant access points. Once done, click Save Role.

*With this setup, we only have access to only Shopee Ads

Step 5: Click + Add Shops to assign the member to the corresponding shops. 

Once done, click Save Member.

Step 6: Select the shop(s) that you would like to operate on Epsilo. 

Click Confirm.

Member Account is successfully created once you are on this page. You may copy the login ID and password of the created Member Account and then send the details to support@epsilo.io.
