• Why my Shopee ad object isn’t under any campaign (No Campaign)?

This is because your ad objects were created on Shopee Seller Center and then synced to Epsilo One dashboard. Since Shopee does not have campaign levels, your ad object will not be nested under any campaign on Epsilo.

• What can I do if my ad object is currently not part of any campaign (No Campaign)?

Don't worry, you can still manage it by using the Ad object optimization table (Product level) and Ad optimization table (Ad placement level). However, please note that you won't be able to add any new placements such as keywords or display locations to it while it's not in a campaign.

• How can I add a product to a campaign if the system indicates that it is in 'No Campaign'?
  You need to adjust the end date of the current ad to make it eligible for adding to the campaign. Here's how:

1. Go to the Ad-object-optimization table and filter the activated ad object.

2. Adjust the ad object end-date to either today for immediate termination, or any other day that suits your requirements.

3. On the day following the end-date, you can proceed to add the product to the campaign.
